Truspecta, LLC develops software for privacy programs. This notice explains how we handle personal information collected through our marketing site at truspecta.com.

• Access requests. When you request product access, you provide your name and business email address.
• Email correspondence. When you write to us, we receive your message, your email address, and anything else you choose to include.
• Site activity. Our hosting infrastructure receives standard request data — IP address, timestamps, requested page, browser type. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service that records aggregate visitor activity without identifying individuals.

This site does not use cookies. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use this site to track you across other sites.

How we use information

• Respond to access requests and inquiries.
• Operate, secure, and improve the marketing site.
• Diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
• Follow up with you about Truspecta if you’ve asked us to.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or for anyone else’s marketing purposes.

Service providers

A small number of service providers support this site, each bound by contractual terms restricting their use of any information they process on our behalf:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and content delivery.
• Cloudflare — website analytics.
• Loops — collecting access requests.
• Sentry — website error monitoring.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete it.

Children

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email privacy@truspecta.com and we will delete it.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is entirely secure.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent text change. We review the notice at least annually; the “Last reviewed” date reflects the most recent review, regardless of whether changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
